Kevin "Slow Jammin'" James 4 2PM - 6PM
Pennsylvania native Kevin "Slow Jammin'" James started in radio in Frederick, Maryland after a stint in the Army. He later worked at WPGC and WKYS in Washington, D.C, and 92.3 The Beat KKBT in Los Angeles. Along the way he created his "Slow Jam" show, one of the original Slow Jams shows and now one of the longest running, with a 100% devotion to Soul love songs. He has specialized in spotlighting great cuts that weren’t necessarily radio hits. He has also compiled a series of top notch CD's

called Slow Jams: The Timeless Collection (12 to date) for Capitol Records, many of which include memorable ballads that are unavailable on any other CD.
